FORM AND PRESENTATION :
Yellow breakable tablet.
Box of 4 tablets in blister.

COMPOSITION PER TABLET :
Tadalafil (INN) 20mg.
Excipients q.s 1 tablet.

EXCIPIENTS WITH KNOWN EFFECT :
Starch.

PROPERTIES :
Phosphodiesterase inhibitor.

INDICATIONS :
For the erectile dysfonction, obtaining or improvement erection of the penis with a sexual stimulation.
TD-LP is not indicated for woman.

DOSAGE :
The usual dosage is 20mg to swallow at least 30 minutes before sexual activity.
This dosage can be reduced at 10mg according to the result. TD-LP should be taken only once on 24 hours.

CONTRAINDICATIONS :
Concomitant administration of nitrated, turbid derivatives, cardiovascular diseases, hepatic deficiency and hypotension.

INTERACTIONS :
Ketoconazole, Erythromycin, Clarithromycin and Itraconazole increase the metabolisation of Tadalafil.
Rifampicin, Phenobarbital and Carbamazepin decrease the metabolisation of Tadalafil.
The concomitant use of Ritonavir or Saquinavir with Tadalafil must be done by limiting the amount to 10mg in 48 hours. Tadalafil does not potentiate the hypotensor effect of alcohol
at 0,7g/Kg.
Association with antihypertensor does not cause hypotension higher than that due to Tadalafil alone.

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS :
Any sexual activity involves a cardiac risk, also an examination of the cardiac function must be made in case of cardiac antecedent.

ADVERSE EFFECTS :
Sometimes cephalalgia, dizziness, facial redness, nasal congestion and dyspepsia.
