FORM AND PRESENTATION :
Yeloow powder for oral suspension, with grapefruit flavor.
Box of 12 bags.

COMPOSITION FOR ONE BAG :
Cefalexin (INN) 250mg
(as Cefalexin anhydrous BP).

EXCIPIENTS WITH KNOW EFFECT :
Aspartame, sucrose.

PROPERTIES :
Bactericidal antibiotics of the Beta-lactamine family, of the 1st generation cephalosporine group.
Activity linked with inhibition of protein synthesis of the bacterial cell walls.
Active on meti-S Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Pneumococcus, Gonococcus, Corynebacterium diphteria, Colon bacillus, Shigelle, Salmonella, Hemophylus, Clostridium perfringens.

INDICATIONS :
Respiratory infections.
N.E.T : angina, sinusitis, otitis.
Stomatology infections.
Renal, genitourinary infections.

DOSAGE :
May be taken on empty stomach or before, during and after meals.
Dissolve the powder in water.
Dosage: 25 to 50mg / Kg of weight / day to be taken in several doses.

CONTRAINDICATIONS :
Allergy to Penicillin and Cephalosporine.

INTERACTIONS :
Allergy to penicillins and to cephalosporin.

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS :
Before any treatment, confirm the absence of allergy to Penicillin and
Cephalosporin.
Check renal function in case of an association with aminosides or diuretic.

ADVERSE EFFECTS :
Allergic accidents.
Transitory rise in transaminases.
Mild diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
