M-Neomycine - Dermic cream 0,1%

FORM AND PRESENTATION :
White skin cream.
Tube containing 10g.

COMPOSITION FOR ONE TUBE :
Neomycine (INN) 0.1%
(as Neomycine Sulphate BP)

PROPERTIES :
Bactericidal antibiotics of the aminoside family, active against staphylococcus.

INDICATIONS :
Cutaneous infection to staphylococcus: furuncle, anthrax, wound and burn (in association with a general anti-biotherapy).
Secondary infection of scabies, impetigo.

DOSAGE :
Three daily applications in fine coats, by massing slightly until total absorption of the product.
The treated surface should not be extended, because of the risk trans-cutaneous resorption.
Do not use more than one week.

CONTRAINDICATIONS :
Hypersensitivity to neomycine and aminosides.
Mammary infection in the period of lactation.

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS :
External use only, according to medical prescription.

ADVERSE EFFECTS :
The extended use on ulcers and ulcerous dermatitis can provoke an allergic contact eczema.
