FORM AND PRESENTATION:
White capsule shaped divisible tablet.
Distributor of 25 blisters of 4 tablets.
COMPOSITION PER TABLET :
Ibuprofen BP 400 mg
Paracetamol BP 325 mg
EXCIPIENTS WITH KNOWN EFFECT :
None.
PROPERTIES :
M-Ibupara is an association of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol
which have both analgesic and anti-pyretic effect.
Moreover Ibuprofen is a non-steroid antinflammatory drug (NSAID), with action as inhibitor of prostaglandin synthesis and platelet aggregation.
INDICATIONS :
M-Ibupara is indicated in symptomatic treatment of inflammatory rheumatism, arthrosis, acute gout.
Pain and fever. Tendinitis, periarthritis, lumbago.
Dysmenorrhea. Muscle pain.
DOSAGE :
Usual dosage : 1 tablet 3 to 4 times a day, during or after some food.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Allergy to Ibuprofen, to any NSAID and to Paracetamol.
Active peptic ulcer or history of ulcer.
Kidney or liver impairment.
Chilfren below 15 years.
INTERACTIONS:
Risk of hyperkaliemy when associate with potassium salts, hyperkaliemiant diuretics, It is strongly not recommended to associates Ibuprofen with other NSAID, oral anti-coagulant, conversion enzyme inhibitor, trimethoprime.
PRECAUTION AND WARNINGS:
Not recommended in pregnant and lactation.
Association with diuretics should be conducted under medical control.
ADVERS EEFFECTS:
Rare side effects in therapeutic doses.
Gastric or duodenal ulcer, gastric pain, nausea, vomiting.
Hematologic accidents, as rare leucopenia.
Allergic reactions : pruritus, urticaria, angioneurotic edema.
